The hotel provided helpful recommendations for local attractions.

First, the check-in process was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Our room had a strange smell, made us uncomfortable, and when we tried to address it with the front desk, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. The breakfast experience was frustrating-disorganized with limited options, and when I asked for an extra coffee, I was informed I would have to pay for it.

The hotel was exceptionally friendly and lovely, it had outstandingly accommodating staff on the receptionist to open.

The location was comfy and good and the private parking was on-site. The rooms were neat and spacious, included a minibar, climate control, and an individual safe, I appreciated it❤🙂

Exceptionally friendly accommodation with wonderful stuff on the receptionist to open. Lovely building and rooms with a terrace. Comfortable and ideal location in a nice area in a pretty nice area. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The staff were friendly, always ready to assist with recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast at the nearby café offered good eggs made to order along with freshly brewed espresso that was excellent.

The staff were very accommodating and even prepared a pack breakfast for me when I had to leave early. I appreciated the assistance with local recommendations. The city view was fantastic, especially when seen from the little balcony in my room.

I noticed a smell of mould in the bedroom, quite off-putting.

I loved the made-to-order breakfast with freshly brewed coffee, and the staff quickly fixed my AC issue and provided a space heater. Just beware of some street noise!

Oh darling, the location was just fab! Surrounded by lovely shops and eateries. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed as well.

But, my second room was a bit noisy, and I swear it smelled like a wet gym sock! Who knew Lima had its own cologne?

I stayed in a Twin Room with Private Bathroom for 1 night. The bed was super comfy, I actually had my best sleep of the trip here! The room was cozy and looked elegant. The area felt safe with plenty of dining options. Breakfast was great too-those eggs were delicious, and they kept the coffee flowing!

The rooms are modern and comfortable, with one with a cozy bed that guaranteed a perfect sleep. Breakfast at the adjacent café was a real treat, especially those eggs made to order and refreshing fruit juice. The staff was accommodating, even allowing an early check-in without charge, a lifesaver after long travel days!

It was just a smart choice for exploring town in Lima with excellent value for money. The staff were super friendly and helped us find a great spot for dinner nearby. Remember to ask about local attractions when you check in.
